Episode #05: Podcast Show Notes

Introduction

Some people are working every day to care about Ocean issues... and what is in there or shouldn’t have to be! David Katz, the internationally recognized CEO and founder of Plastic Bank, is one of them!

His idea is to stop Ocean Plastic at the source. Thanks to a reward system, people in need collect plastic within 50 km of coastal communities.

In this episode, you will discover

  • what social and local value you can get from plastic;

  • what digital wallets and blockchains have to do with it;

  • and how this social recycled plastic is reintroduced into manufacturing.

Podcast music

Special thanks to Joachim Regout who made the jingle. Have a look at his work here.

I am happy to bring a sample of our strong bonds on these sound waves. Since I was a child, he made me discover a wide range of music of all kinds. I am also delighted he is a nature lover and shares the Look4Loops 'out of the box philosophy'. He is an inspiring source of creativity for me.
